This document provides a comprehensive analysis of Genesis Chapter 14 from the Bible, focusing on Melchizedek’s blessing and its spiritual and metaphysical interpretations. It explores the story of Abram’s battle to rescue Lot, the interaction with Melchizedek, and the deeper spiritual symbolism of these events. The material emphasizes themes such as divine intervention, spiritual warfare, and the importance of faith and righteousness.
Genesis 14:1-3
And it came to pass in the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of nations; that these made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, and Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela, which is Zoar. All these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, which is the salt sea.
S You have been in this battle which is within selves. For all forces that are of many negative statuses, meet to overcome one another. For that which is given, each king is that which is a king of this earth, rather than the spiritual king that must meet in that place which becomes a dead place or a place of overcoming.
Genesis 14:4-7
Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled. And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim, And the Horites in their mount Seir, unto Elparan, which is by the wilderness. And they returned, and came to Enmishpat, which is Kadesh, and smote all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites, that dwelt in Hazezontamar.
S Quite a jumble of names. Basically, you have here even within the selfishness, even with that which is the lowness, even that which are the desires of this earth, there comes to that which is a rebellion at a time. For within all entities regardless of the lowness of their appearance, the lowness of their being, finally there is that which is a stirring within each entity that is the soul, or the soul becoming the irritant to forces, that would then fight or throw off this selfishness, this desire. It is a wakening of sorts and yet not a spiritual awakening but that which is an innate knowledge within the individual that there is a better way, that there is a more satisfying way, that there is a more glorious and wonderful way than that which is the choice of the physical-mental selfish materialistic existence or being.
Genesis 14:8-9
And there went out the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the king of Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (the same is Zoar;) and they joined battle with them in the vale of Siddim; With Chedorlaomer the king of Elam, and with Tidal king of nations, and Amraphel king of Shinar, and Arioch king of Ellasar; four kings with five.
S You have that which is a final battle or that which is the facing of self in all that is the basic elements of self or that which is a final act or number which is signified in nine (four on five, five against four) that leads to, then, a place where an individual must make the decision as to where they are, what they are about, and how afar they are to go in this existence. Basically, it is that which is really the first declaration of piety, or that which is its opposite, with the individual’s awakening. For at that time you have a choice. And let it be that which is the spiritual nature or following that which is the force that has arisen knowing it must overcome and find a better way, a greater way, a more satisfying spiritual way.
Genesis 14:10-12
And the vale of Siddim was full of slimepits; and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, and fell there; and they that remained fled to the mountain. And they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all their victuals, and went their way. And they took Lot, Abram’s brother’s son, who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.
S The bituminous pits or that which are the tar or the relative of the tar pits is that which is as a physical structure showing that which is the force that can draw or hold man in that death place which is in reality death to the spirit or death as you would see it or the withering and holding of the spirit, that each individual must cross and fight their battle in. And this is the time that each entity with any awareness, then, calls upon the name of the Lord and if the entity has any faith, God is there as has been given even by the Son that He would be with you at that time of need when you call upon Him.
Genesis 14:13-14
And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram. And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan.
S This is the call, or the prayer, going out not yet attuned therefore as, not yet attuned as to that which is the true seeking of God or really in an understanding of what prayer is. And yet it is a call for help and that which is closest (and at this time Abram was that which was closest to the way God would have an entity to be within this physical realm) will take heed even as Abraham or Abram took heed to go to that which was his brother’s rescue, even as some have asked, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” so it is answered at this time.
Q Is that three hundred and eighteen meaning three in numbers, does that represent the force of God; is that what it’s representing?
S Yes, it does. And it also represents a total of twelve, too, you see. Twelve spiritual centers within the body, not to be confused with the endocrine centers, but the twelve spiritual centers or that even which is the spiritual-mental centers, the twelve pair of cranial nerves responding then to the needs of the body physically, mentally, and spiritually, as guided by that which is faith which brings, then, the Christ Force into motion.
Q Are the trained servants the properly trained centers, then?
S These are the trained thoughts, the trained meditation, the trained prayer power that an individual has which is led then by the head of the household which is faith.
Q Abram is called “the Hebrew” for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre. Outside of living in the plain of Mamre why was Abram called the Hebrew?
S Because he is the first genuine step in that which is the chain that must become those dedicated to the one God, or that which is the emerging Christ within, or that which is Christ within the earth, or that which is touched by the Holy Spirit. You have then the root, the basis, or the emergence, you see, of the intelligence, the love, the patience, the knowledge; in short, that which you would deem the miracle of God in this plane – that developing into the Holy Comforter that would come at that time that mankind had achieved to the point where progress could be made through the attempt and success of One who would be the Door, the Way, the Light, and the Life.
Q “Hebrew,” then, is not referring to just a bloodline?
S This is the spiritual line.
Q Please give more information on the spiritual line versus the bloodline.
S The bloodline is that which is in reality assumed or set forth for mankind’s benefit. For mankind understands more the physical. The bloodline is that which to man represents the genetic code or family. And in the spiritual the bloodline is that which produces or carries symbolically the spiritual feeding of the body, first as that which is the personality of the physical, the personality of the mental, and thence to that which is the personality of the spirit. The spiritual line is that which is directly concerned with the soul, the soul growth, and is directly in line with that which is God the Creator, being unbroken, you see (as to – if you could see as a light source giving forth beams or traces of light, unbroken, you see) in the spiritual line of endeavor. Whereas you would see the individually created soul forces as scatterings of the light, though part of the light, separated from the light by that which is the darkness. For even as darkness comprehends not light, light comprehends not the darkness. Therefore, to bridge this, or the gaps that you have between the soul lights and the God light, you must have, then, the unbroken spiritual light which is the line of the spirit that proceeds through that which you would see as Abram, or Abraham in the beginning, through Jesus the Christ arisen and perfected. This is why you must understand that there were only those certain individuals that were perfected enough to bring in the human and take away the human as vehicles for the spiritual being, the vehicle that culminated then, this line being in the form of Jesus the man, releasing then the soul force as Jesus the christed. Whereas Abraham, or Abram as he became, created closer to God at that time, for now you have that which is the line of time playing its part. For Abram, or Abraham at that time, being separated from God (though in line) could not.
Q Are the trained servants the properly trained centers, then?

For Abram, or Abraham at that time, being separated from God (though in line) could not maintain the spiritual-intellectual being that he must as time went by. Therefore, there was a time limit for Abraham, or Abram, to live, to develop, and to step aside, then, even though, as given, at a great ripe old age. (10-140)
Genesis 14:15-16
And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus. And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.
S Here the spiritual-mental has come to the aid of the mental-physical, now coming to that point where there can be that which is a reconciliation of the nature of balance within an entity, within a group, within a nation, within a world.
Genesis 14:17-20
And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the king’s dale. And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God. And he blessed him, and said, “Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth: And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.”
S You have the first and greatest hurdle completed, not yet a Christ awakening but that which is the one step from Christ. For even He that became christed was a priest even in the manner of Melchizedek or Melchezedek or Melcheazekek, whatever. Therefore, you must make progress, and as we have given at the beginning of this reading, slow, steady progress that makes some fall by the wayside, others seek that which are the quick solutions (as they see them to be) or the quick rewards. All entities must learn that which is the slow, steady, patience that requires and develops faith.
Genesis 14:21-24
And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, “Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself.” And Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have lift up mine hand unto the Lord, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth, That I will not take from a thread even to a shoe latchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, ‘I have made Abram rich:’ Save only that which the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men which went with me, Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take their portion.”
S Even as later as given, “Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto God what is God’s.” You have this now and this is the caution, this is the warning: for those who would benefit for their ego or the riches of this world through those acts which are spiritual and which are God’s acts through selves, then woe unto you for you have lost the way, you have not achieved, you have not overcome, you are not living in faith, but you have fallen into the trap of self and self’s image and way.
And now we would give that which is the love and blessings, the peace of God Almighty and this thought: each day you make judgment upon your own self. Do it not harshly but in love and in mercy always knowing that tomorrow you will be better and better forever, and the truth shall be greater within you each day. Have faith, go in peace, go in love, for you have been forgiven for those things which you have done, and you live in a new time, a new place. Therefore, be that which is merciful, trusting, and have hope within the light for the Light is with you.
