The document is a thorough analysis of Genesis Chapter 18 from the Bible, focusing on Abraham’s intercession, its spiritual and metaphysical interpretations. It covers the visit of the three angels to Abraham, the promise of a son to Sarah, and Abraham’s intercession for Sodom. The material delves into themes such as divine interaction, faith, hospitality, and the nature of divine judgment, emphasizing the deeper symbolic meanings and spiritual lessons of this chapter.
Genesis 18:1-3
And the Lord appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, And said, “My Lord, if now I have found favor in thy sight pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:”
S Here Abraham becomes aware of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit; does not know really the significance of same, does not realize at this time what the difference or what the significance of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit is. For there is no awareness within him of a Christ, only the realization that in meditation and in a certain enlightenment that there are stages of God, that each stage must mean a development or a promise.
Q Were the three men the archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael?
S A good question but this was appearance of God as a spiritual thought rather than one of His messengers as you suggest here.
Q The fact that it’s mentioned as a single rather than a plural form sort of backs up what you just said, then.
S Correct.
Q Do the stages of God mean actual stages of God or stages of awareness of God?
S It means both. For it is for the mental-spiritual edification, but it is also for that which is the soul and the soul body. For the spirit is locked within the soul body. Hence the stages of God must be known by it. For the spiritual-mental, it is not so. To delve into stages or planes or reality of God is a series of long intense readings. (10-144)
Genesis 18:4
“Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:”
S Here is Abraham representing the human approach, knowing what is customary for mankind to do in the mental-physical (therefore not understanding or knowing what to do in the spirit) using the abilities, the knowledge, the comprehension that he has attained at that time and offering that which is his to offer, which is the fullest, to God.
Genesis 18:5-8
“And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant.” And they said, “So do, as thou hast said.” And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, “Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.” And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it. And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.
S This is the development of rites or that which could be followed by a mass of people unenlightened in the spiritual qualities that they might seek, then, to be enlightened or to grow in the spiritual nature. It is that which is understandable to the people of the time, understandable in the sense that there is something concrete to do, to give in exchange for answers, guidance, help or that which was to be given.
Genesis 18:9-10
And they said unto him, “Where is Sarah thy wife?” And he said, “Behold, in the tent.” And he said, “I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son.” And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.
S This is, in truth, the answer to prayer, the answer to the beginning search, that even apart, even in that which is represented as the tent, which is a transitory state, you see, you may hear that which is the promise or the word of God and thence proceed to a higher station in the spiritual nature of things.
Genesis 18:11-12
Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. Therefore, Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”
S This, once again, even though the search is there, the doubting – in reality not doubting God but doubting self. In a sense this is that which holds back people of all walks and stations in life. For they doubt themselves in that which is context with God or that which is their ability to be known by God, accepted by God and realized by God.
Genesis 18:13-15
And the Lord said unto Abraham, “Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?’ Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.” Then Sarah denied, saying, “I laughed not;” for she was afraid. And he said, “Nay; but thou didst laugh.”
S This is establishing, or saying, God cannot be rationalized with, for God knows all – that the spirit moves as the spirit will move, that regardless of mankind’s state (state of being in the mind or the body or even in the spirit) God then will act because God is not bound by man nor by anything. And when God makes a statement, it is so.
Genesis 18:16
And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way.
S This, then, is the Holy Spirit moving at that time, then, to be as that which would be the cleansing force. For remember, Sodom is that which represents the physical delights of the desiring side of humanity, those things which anchor the human to the animal sense or the animal world or the physical or the physical-mental realm.
Genesis 18:17-19
And the Lord said, “Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.”
S This is the debate, not in God, but within the understanding of Abram or anyone who is spiritually seeking. Are they ready for that which is the spiritual guidance, the spiritual word or the spiritual dedication? As Abraham was ready, so you must become ready.
And now that that which is the channel is tiring we give that which is peace, love, hope, mercy, guidance. We give that which is the thanks of those who would help thee for the receptivity of selves. Be not harsh upon selves; be patient, be loving and kind to thyselves and thence to others.

Prayer – Channel
Holy Father, wondrous Mother, in humbleness we come before You, trusting in You and not ourselves. For as yet we have not developed that which we may depend upon. And therefore, we ask that Your love and guidance be with us now that we may find the path and be about Your bidding. Others first, Father, others first.

Behold the Lamb! Behold the Door! Pause and enter in. For the hope of the world and the light of the spirit is kindled by that which is the blood that was sacrificed for you, that you might find the way, might become that which the Father has destined for you to become. And through the act of the giving as He has given for you, so you must give that you, too, may be christed for thy brothers, thy sisters and not for selves.
Genesis 18:20-21
And the Lord said, “Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.”
S Each entity has a Sodom and Gomorrah in themselves. Each entity will meet on the outside of themselves a Sodom and Gomorrah. For some it is one thing and for others it is another. For the value of sin is in that which you face in the overcoming of same. Hence, for some the Sodom and Gomorrah would seem minor or, on the other hand, a major thing. No entity faces all in any existence and yet there are the Sodom and Gomorrah’s within that must be battled, must be evaluated, must be put in their place, must be understood. There are the Sodom and Gomorrah’s that are on the outer side which may affect the outer man and, if allowed, the inner. Thus, you, even in the most simple situations, will face always the turmoil from without, the turmoil from within. Tumult may come as singular things or multiple things, but be as that which is the wise one who faces each individually and keeps those forces from intertwining and becoming the greater by becoming one.
Genesis 18:22-25
And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the Lord. And Abraham drew near, and said,” Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee. Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
S This, then, is the intellectual man and that which is the spiritual man in Abraham meeting and coming to grips with the world, with the self; and faith that is found in Abraham coming forth and realizing that God is a merciful force, that God is a loving force, that God is not that which is unjust. For there is justice in all that God has created and is creating and will create – all in one.
Genesis 18:26
And the Lord said,” If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.”
S This is God’s promise that those who try and those who show shall find favor in His sight. For it is the trying, as we have given so often, that pleases the Lord.
Genesis 18:27-33
And Abraham answered and said, “Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five?” And He said, “If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.” And he spake unto him yet again, and said, “Peradventure there shall be forty found there.” And he said, “I will not do it for forty’s sake.” And he said unto him, “Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there.” And he said, “I will not do it, if I find thirty there.” And he said, “Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto he Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there.” And He said, “I will not destroy it for twenty’s sake.” And he said, “Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there.” And he said, “I will not destroy it for ten’s sake.” And the Lord went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.
S This is to establish the fact that God is not the unmoving, unfeeling, that those who succeed and those who plead the cause in spiritual purity of a subject, and for others, finds that which is the law in their favor. For the law of God is love and love therefore will give all opportunity to those who would try, to those who would seek. The Lord knew, you see, what could be found in Sodom and Gomorrah, what could be found in Abraham, what could be found in all of mankind and therefore does not put the impossible before each entity as they face the Sodom and Gomorrah, that they come to the realization of their true selves. For those who come to a realization of their own abilities, their own failings, their own feelings of spiritual need, they then change that which are the aspirations of self. For look to those who begin the search. They seek that which is the selfishness. They seek that which is the glory. They seek that which is the excitement of the spiritual search. And as they come to grips with that which is the reality of the spirit and of themselves they adjust to that in the realization that only a certain amount of overcoming from self, only a certain amount of self-attainment can be, that all else must come from the Lord. Even when He has given you the abilities to do this or that, the greater this or that is still in the hands of the Lord. Thus the pleading, the realization and the faith of Abraham adjusting, adjusting, adjusting to the reality of self and self’s surroundings.
