The document provides an in-depth analysis of Genesis Chapter 19 from the Bible, focusing on Sodom’s fall and its spiritual and metaphysical interpretations. It covers the story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Lot’s encounter with the angels, and the aftermath of these events. The material delves into themes such as divine judgment, human choices, and the consequences of moral decisions, emphasizing the deeper symbolic meanings and spiritual lessons of this chapter.
Genesis 19:1-3
And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground; And he said, “Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant’s house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways.” And they said, “Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.” And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.
S This, as given Lot, is almost the mirror, or is the mirror, of Abraham and represents those who seek what you would call the psychic phenomena, the power of the mind, et cetera. For that which is named here as angel or that which is named here as the two angels, in truth, are the intellect and the will. For much of the psychic, you see, is of the will manipulated, then, by the intelligence of an entity. Both the will and the intellect used for selfish creation, selfish motivations, is what Lot pulled into himself. For his house was his awareness, his consciousness, and though Lot, espoused to that which is the spiritual, was not on the spiritual path but rather, as so often occurs to those who search, on the selfish path.
Q Does will imply power?
S Will is that which manipulates the thought process, the intellect. It is that which develops, if allowed to, selfishness, that which is the ego, the negative aspects of the understanding mind and the power that it can control. Whereas will, properly used by knowledge and wisdom, becomes then a tool of the spiritual process expanding that which is the spiritual force which is non-selfish. Though many may progress and seemingly gain much in accomplishment and acknowledgment from others, it is through selflessness in the use of the will and they do not gain those material things as others see them to be for the same reason that the selfish person would gain them.
Genesis 19:4-7
But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, “Where are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them.” And Lot went out at the door unto them and shut the door after him. And said, “I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.”
S Others demand the force that is the possession of one who knows how to use the intellect and the will or has that power developed within self and clamors for the use of same. Whether selfishly or unselfishly it is a demand to be heard, to be obeyed. And yet, as Lot shows here, whether their requests are selfish or unselfish there is a refusal, to keep to self that which is the power, the authority, that Lot has now possessed for his own being. Thus, it is with individuals even with limited abilities or even with the finances or the wealths of the material being.
Genesis 19:8-9
“Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.” And they said, “Stand back.” And they said again, “This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them.” And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
S This shows the depth of Lot’s selfishness that would sacrifice his own children to the crowd. It shows you also that individual beset by the turmoil of unleashing that which is power and authority that may be kept for self and not used for the good of others. It is the turmoil within and thus Lot retreats to the inner self, which is the door, to shut away that which Lot sees as activities that would be negative to himself or the threat to this which is the power to satisfy self the more.
Genesis 19:10-11
But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door. And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
S This is a twofold thing, you see, whereas that which is the power, as given, now misused, would blind others to the reality of what the power is and also physically blind others (even as Lot did) or to confuse the minds and beings of others (as Lot did) using then the intellect and the will to bring forth, then, the powers of the being or the mind to be used as the negative influence upon others and even for self. For in doing so, self, self was blinded. The entity blinded self as to the last of the spiritual qualities and no longer even rationalized to that which was the seeking for a higher good of self and others.
Q Would an example of that be like this sect leader (I think his name was Jones) in San Francisco that took his group down to South America? They were all murdered.
S This is correct; blinded them to that which was the reality of the world; also caused confusion to them that did or could see or to those that could see. Yes, this is an example of that which was the Lot force syndrome, what you would have, in motion.
Genesis 19:12-13
And the men said unto Lot, “Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.”
S Here, then, is the turmoil or tumult which reaches the greater degree where the entity’s soul force is torn by that which is unleashed. And here, now, even then the intellect and the will are giving that which is the escape from what has been created and warning the entity that God is that which sends all things. For how many have come to the passing over from this level, this place, to a greater place and realize the foolishness of the life of collecting that which is the material success, that which is the ego success, that which is the joy of the day that fades with the sunset? How many walk with the shadows upon themselves not knowing what they have prevailed and what travail they will have upon re-entry to reconstitute a level again that they may overcome that which they had the opportunity to overcome but did not select? For you have in mankind the refusal to see and know that God has a destiny for each and every individual. “What?” you would say, “this is predestination?” Yes, it is predestination! But how you get there and the length of time it takes you to get there (if you get there at all) is of your selection, your volition.
Genesis 19:14
And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, “Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city.” But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
S Even in himself Lot could not prevail, truly, and overcome that which is the negative side. For Lot, being the mirror image of Abraham, could not focus upon the spiritual self and in the truth of the time, even though the entity knew there would be a destruction of the physical place that was Sodom, the physical place that was Gomorrah, the entity could not convince because the entity did not have the spiritual qualifications or that which was the quantity of spiritual persuasiveness to get others to realize the necessity of turning away from that which is the selfishness, the desires that had been built into the time, into the place.
Genesis 19:15-16
And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, “Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.” And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the Lord being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth and set him without the city.
S The Lord is always ready to help those that seek His help. The Lord gave the Christ that the lost sheep may be found. The Lord has given the covenant that you, your brothers, your sisters, may have the opportunity again and again to turn to Him. The Lord has given you that which is the Holy spirit that may raise within you the desire to be about the Father’s business, to seek the Mother of Love, to find the light and the way. At this time, this country, this world that you live in is reaching a plateau of stress, of turmoil. There is a wave of frustration, of thwarted power that bids well to unleash power – power that cannot but be to the negative effect upon mankind. It is the power of the negative force that prevails at this time. It is for this group and others to take within themselves and balance their desires and seek God’s help, forgiveness of their waywardness and non-activity in that which are the spiritual pursuits. For this land is being gripped at this time by unsteadiness, unsureness, and is meting out that which are the negative forces towards others and towards itself which will reap, then, at that time (which is soon) a storm of discontent, maladjustment, and fury. And yet, if this is to be, then greet it as the opportunity and find strength within the Lord and pray constantly that love and peace, as the Father-Mother God knows is best, will lay heavy upon the land rather than that which are the negative forces as given. The voices that are heard loudest within this land are the voices that condemn, the voices that corrupt, the voices of selfishness. And yet the song of harmony, the song of melody, the song of love and contentment may come from such as you that will bring about the positive ending to that which is seen from here as a negative tide at this time. It stretches from the high to the low, from the low to the high, the length and breadth of this nation, and yes, of this world. The symptoms you see are those who cry out in your newspapers for the blood of others, for revenge upon other nations, revenge upon the nation’s leaders, that which is the negative power of industry, the negative power of your press, the negative power of your TV, the negative power of that which are self-satisfaction, selfish desires. And yet, your nation is not that alone. For others who have not given as much to this world to relieve the suffering of others have these same symptoms, these same powers, these same negative aspects. Therefore, brothers, sisters, join with that which are the voices of all of those that seek to see and find the face of the Lord. Even as we have before you, send then to the throne of God that which is your devotion, that which is your faith, for it is the greatest incense that can be put before the feet of God.
And now we give that which is the love, the blessings, and the hope and glory of this world and the worlds to come through that which is the Christ and that which is the Holy Spirit. Be then that which is the incense of God before the throne of God through thy actions, through thy prayers, through thy meditations. Be the rock. Be as Peter. Be as faith. Be as that which is the Christ within this world.

Prayer – Channel
Oh, Beloved Lord, bless us with Thy presence, bless us with Thy love, Thy knowledge, Thy guidance. We ask that our Elder Brother, Jesus the Christ, show us the way, help us, that we may give to others the gift of love and beauty that is Thine.
Source
Beloved children, we are here that the word may be given, that the knowledge may be shared, that the door may be opened, and the way may be known. We are here, not at thy bidding, but of that of the Light, the Truth, and the Way. Behold, then, within thine own mind, own body, the spiritual key to the kingdom of the Lord whose name is Jesus the Christ.
Genesis 19:17
And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, “Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.”
S Guidance here is to go within, to seek the mountain, the place where God is that you, in meditation, may be shown the way and given rebirth. Look not to the past or that which is the physical world or the physical-mental past.
Genesis 19:18-20
And Lot said unto them, “Oh, not so, my Lord: Behold now thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die: Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.”
S Rationale of Lot: to go to the mountain means to suppress or put aside that which is the tangible, that which is the essence of this plane, that which are the physical delights, the physical rewards, the mental rewards. Therefore, Lot attempts and does, to an extent, bargain with the spirit for that, then, would give the entity the time to learn.
Q Was this wanting to stay with the psychic rather than going fully to the spiritual?
S This is correct. For Lot, you see, is not the development or the full development; is that development that tends to pull away and set the spiritual standards by the mental-physical realm rather than the spiritual realm or the spiritual-mental abilities.
Q So this would be staying at the third or fourth chakra level. Is that correct?
S This is correct and this, then, gives a reward of phenomena, of feelings, of those things bounded by this earth.
Genesis 19:21-22
And he said unto him, “See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken. Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do anything till thou become thither.” Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
S This is a small thing, as given, meaning low, not great; meaning as Zoar does that which has the tendency to be of the negative or the low experiences, the low domination or the animal or the animal lust or that that is not the greatness of God or the greatness of giving, the greatness of being.
Genesis 19:23-25
The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar. Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
S Each individual must then make way for the Lord that the power of the spirit may cleanse that which is the lower element or that which are the lower elements within self to be then upon the way, even though that which is the small part or that which is the wild side or that which is the negative still is, in essence, within self, where the mental mind of Lot (as comes to the individual) has escaped, too, being not of the ability or the desire to go the higher route and take the full cleansing and give then that which is the spirit and the spirit-mental its day.
Q What kind of destruction was this, physical?
S There was a physical destruction. But within each entity, first it is a mental cleansing and then a physical cleansing that the domination of the physical body is relaxed over the mental that the spirit then may become the dominant force in the individual. And in some cases this is a horrendous thing which even goes to that which is the crippling of a physical body to teach the entity the lesson of the proper place of the physical. There is a proper place for the physical as a basis or a base from which that of the mental may meet the spiritual, becoming one in purpose. Therefore, then, the body-physical has its use as a spiritual object rather than that which is a physical-mental object for this plane.
Q Then there was still a physical destruction to the area itself?
S This is correct. Archaeologically speaking may be found and has been found.
Q In the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, what was the physical means by which these two cities were destroyed?
S Earthquake. (10-144)
Genesis 19:26-28
But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt. And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the Lord: And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.
S You have the warning here that those who turn back, even as given in other part of the Scriptures, the plowman cannot turn back. Hence, that which is the destruction here of the individual or the destruction of that of self, even though the intents have been of the greatest. Then here must be that which is the recycling of the entity, which you would call reincarnation, that the lesson may be tried and worked on again.
Q Concerning Lot’s wife, when she looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt. Was that an actual physical happening?
S Yes, in a sense, for the entity died. In that which is the slang of the time, to be turned to salt or mud meant to be fused or petrified with fright. The entity died of fear or that which burst the aorta.
Q You’re saying, then, that’s an idiom of the time?
S Correct. (10-144)
Genesis 19:29
And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.
S God does not abandon nor forget. Abraham is that which is the spiritual man in development. Regardless of those forces within an individual that lead you astray, that cause you to stumble, it is the spiritual part of self that God feeds, knows, and gives that which you would know as the helping hand to lead you ever onward into that which is the path of righteousness.
Genesis 19:30
And Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he feared to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters.
S Once again Lot betrays that which has been given him and does not use the mountain for its meeting place with God. It’s the cave or the hiding he goes into, not into his closet, but the cave which is the animal home or that which is the primeval place of mankind, you see, taking with him the two great emotions that have pulled him apart from the spiritual or the spiritual search – that is unrest, the unconquerable unrest, and selfish desire.
Q If Lot was afraid to live in Zoar, why did he ask to go there?
S Because he wished to experience that. It was that – knowing that God would destroy Zoar as God had destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, and Lot did not want the physical-mental punishment of cleansing. For Lot, even as most humans, rationalizes, believes that they are following that which is the Lord’s way and deviates this way, that way, for personal feelings, personal interpretations of that which occurs in this world. But mainly because desire is a key element in the individuals – desire for self or selfishness.
Genesis 19:31-32
And the firstborn said unto the younger, “Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after that manner of all the earth: Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.”
S Here is a replenishing of that which is the earthly chain or the earthly desires or that which is the animal lust, the animal selfishness that Lot feeds upon, making it that which is a circle of the lower elements rather than seeking that which is the higher circle or the coming and going of the Holy Spirit at work with an individual in context with that which is the spiritual development or seeking of that individual.
Genesis 19:33-36
And they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose. And it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, “Behold, I lay yesternight with my father: let us make him drink wine this night also; and go thou in, and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.” And they made their father drink wine that night also: and the younger arose and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose. Thus, were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father.
S This was the never-ending round of selfishness, egotism, and lust in a never-ending, self-propitiating situation that individuals experience within themselves as they seek those things which are the base or the baser elements within the life experience. It is that which feeds upon itself even as a cancer cell feeds upon the body destroying self in the process.
Genesis 19:37
And the firstborn bare a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.
S Moab is that which is the expression or the word for ‘lowness’ or the non-developed individual.
Genesis 19:38
And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Benammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.
S This is the representation of wildness or that which is the reckless, selfish living.
