Prayer – Channel

Beloved Father-Mother God, we humbly come before You, knowing that it is through You and of You that all good is. We acknowledge that we are Your children, and that our search is through Jesus the Christ – He that is the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Father-Mother God, use us as the tools of Thy love that others may find the help, the hope, and the Light. We ask this through our Elder Brother, Jesus the Christ.

He is the hope of the world, the Morning Star, the Light, the Truth, the Stairway, the Path, the Gate! Seek, then, the Lord through that which is love, the hand, the Word. Find peace with your fellowman. Awaken, then, to that which is the Truth that lies within, the spirit, the oneness.

John 20:1-2

The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, “They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.”

S Hope. Hope seeks that which is faith, knowing full well in the depth of self that it is faith that makes you whole, faith that carries the day. Therefore, the one that symbolized hope turned to the one who symbolized faith, even as you in that which is your awakening, your search for that which you know to be your strength, your redeemer, especially in those times of tribulation, of trial. It is then that the triumph occurs. For through hope, through faith you will find the Way. For true hope is loyalty, love. And faith is the knowledge of God, the working of God. Through these those that sought to find the Master of Life did come to the tomb.

John 20:3-10

Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.

S Your mind is the tomb. It is that which is the burial place of hope, justice, mercy, searching, goodness – or it is that place that the resurrection of life may occur, that the Christ Force within yourself may rise. That which was the first disciple, you see, to find the tomb is the example of the mind searching for that which is redemption. And that which follows along, patient, strong, is faith. It is faith that understands and, even in that which is the dismay or the dismal proceedings, keeps that which is mind and body in tune (or) with that which is the spiritual nature of self. Even at that time, those who had heard the Word did not understand the Word, not realizing or recalling the teachings of that One which was the Lord of Life and did believe that death was death to all men. Even though they had been steeped in that which is the understanding of rebirth, and did know by the very terms and words of the Master of Life that He would resurrect Himself through the power and glory of the Holy Spirit, they turned away, you see, thinking that the body was taken by others for ransom or what have you, not heeding that the Master had given to them that the body was for naught but to be used as a tool of the most merciful God.

John 20:11-13

But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, and seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. And they say unto her, “Woman, why weepest thou?” She saith unto them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.”

S Love, human love, is that ground that hope will again turn within, in the search which destroys that which are the standards of the human side of yourselves. And in that time, that stress time, in the finding or that which is the washing away of the human side, so then that which is the higher source, or the higher being of self and from out of self (that which guides and guards and leads the centers to work as here represented by the two angels, one at the head and one at the feet, the beginning and the ending of that which is the raising within of those forces through those centers that complete the spiritual alignment of the forces of the body, the mind, and the soul) greet that which is the understanding brought on by love, work, yes and despair, held together by hope.

Q The Nag Hammadi material, in one of the gospels, says that Mary Magdalene was the favorite of our Lord. Is this a correct statement?

S Of the females that were as disciples, this one by the very acts of faith, and in overcoming the physical nature – not only of that which was the physical-mental personage and surroundings and habits, but that which were as the incapacitations of the physical body which were as results of the physical-mental misuse; the entity in the spiritual, through the belief in Jesus the Christ, overcame that which was abuilded in that time, and from prior times. Hence, because of this love, did Jesus place this one as beloved of all, especially of that which is the female.

Q There seems to be some discrepancy that we’ve been discussing from Cayce readings and early Ram readings: whether Mary Magdalene was the sister of Lazarus and Martha. It seems that the Cayce readings said so.

S This – yes. In (through) that which is the assumption by Jewish law and upbringing, the entity was as the sister. But by actual birth, not the sister – was as spiritually brought in. For at that time, those laws were still in effect that those who were disposed by nature, or by that which was bereavement, were taken into that which were the families of others, made as blood and in-law, and in the eyes of the people were as family.

Q Then she was not the one known as Mary of Bethany?

S Biologically, no.

Q Was Mary, the other Mary, later known as Mary of Bethany after the death of her husband?

S That is correct [10-107]

Q And so Mary, the sister of Martha and Lazarus was the one who was married in Cana?

S Correct.

Q Concerning references to the “other Mary”, does it always refer to the same person?

S No. As the necessity in what is being told, Mary, you see, has many meanings. Quite often the “other Mary” means that the use of the term Mary is to that which is a meaning of embroiled, nonrestive–rather than that which is the quiet, the cool, the selah, that is found in the ordinary meaning of Mary. [10-108]

John 20:14-17

And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. Jesus saith unto her, “Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou?” She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, “Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.” Jesus saith unto her, “Mary.” She turned herself, and saith unto him, “Rabboni;” which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, “Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”

S You have here misconceptions, misunderstandings that are derived from that which is the translation or that which is put forth at that time, and those things that have been deleted. Mary did not believe that this was the gardener. For that which even in fact is calling, “My Lord,” not as God, but as lordship as seen through that, or used through that which is as title as one might call, “sir.” For the voice and the appearance were cultured rather than that which you would find as coarse or common. Mary recognized not the Lord, her Lord Jesus. For as He gave correctly, He had not fully assumed that which is the spiritual-physical-mental balance or preparedness but presented that which was the body visually for the entity to understand, though on that which was electrically, magnetically, and atomically, in reality, in that which were planes above this lower plane. But to fulfill that which was necessary, made the appearance, that the Word might be given, that the scriptures might be elaborated, might be guided towards that which was now a new phase, a new thing. For now, that which was the belief and the acts would be given. It is rightly given in the scriptures that the things that Jesus the Christ did in the appearances within the earth after the resurrection were so great and so wondrous that it would take books and books to fulfill that which was done. Hence there must be the beginning within this plane for the mental-physical man to understand. What better place to begin than at the place designated as the death of the body, the place of resurrection for the spirit, and to appear to hope and earthly love as was done.

John 20:18-23

Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her. Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, “Peace be unto you.” And when he had so said, he showed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. Then said Jesus to them again, “Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, “Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whosoever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whosoever sins ye retain, they are retained.”

S This is the peace that passes understanding, when you may forgive, when you may receive that which is your just due from that which is the Source of Life Itself, through Jesus the Christ risen. You will have your doubts; you will have your resurrections. It is through the search, the finding through that which is love, hope, and faith that will give to you the door that He will enter in and meet you. Therefore, feign not to follow the Path, but be truly diligent and do that which is right in your sight – not that which you conceive to be right because others believe it to be right. For each individual is resurrected in their own manner, time, and place – not as any other. This is why Jesus the Christ is a personal savior, not a mass savior. For each individual must do the approaching, the searching, the finding, yes and go through that which is the trauma of the destruction of that which you hold dear – the ego, the intellect as used by the ego, selfishness, foolishness, that you might find the light and love that is God.

Q What is meant here by “If you withhold forgiveness of a man’s sins, they are kept?”

S You keep them within yourself, and the sins are your sins. As you forgive another, those sins are not kept in you. For we will elaborate more on sin as you have had before on forgiveness. The missing of the mark is not seeing: that what others do is you. Not just that you have committed these acts, but the nonforgiving of those acts becomes part of you, too. If you cannot forgive another, then you take it into that which is your being. When He, which is Life, spoke of taking on the sins of the world, He actually meant it – withdrawing the sins of others, as He saw them, forgiving them within Himself, that they no longer existed in any plane, but the individual that had committed same. Thus, the individual, him or herself, could do and become actions that would destroy or wipe away that which were the sins within themselves, and all sin then would be gone. No more missing of the mark, no more karma, only God.

John 20:24-29

But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said unto him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said unto them, “Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.” And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace be unto you.” Then saith he to Thomas, “Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.” And Thomas answered and said unto him, “My Lord and my God.” Jesus saith unto him, “Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”

S This is the intellectual Christian – Christians no less than any other; and yet still dominated by the mind. These are the Christians, the Thomases, that believe verbatim the surface meaning of the Bible and take each scriptural passage literally or claim to. These are the intellectuals that search and sift, that follow the laws, and yet do believe in that which is God, Jesus, love. And they must be faced in that which is the physical, that which is the mental, and that which is the spiritual, rather than only in the spiritual, or the spiritual-mental as others may. They possess hope; they possess faith, but not fully, you see. And yet, find not fault with the Thomases. For they have those things, those qualities that bring them to that which is the facing of the truth sooner or later. And who has not fallen short of the glory of God? That is why the greater missing of the mark is to be critical of another’s search, another’s belief. For a belief is a thing, a nonbelief is a tragedy.

Q How did Thomas, called the Twin – where did the concept come from that he was Jesus’ twin brother, as some of the Gnostic sects believed?

S This is as a fundamental thing in the Gnostic teachings that much has been lost of. Not really truly meant to be as a physical twin of Jesus, you see. For Jesus was the symbol of that which was beyond the earth, was spiritual total, was in commune with God, and as the opposite, or as you find in Gnosticism and others, the opposite must be that which is in tune with the earth, the mind (or the intellect, rather than the mind as the spiritual mind, but the intellectual mind of man) the ego mind – not necessarily a negative thing, you see, but an opposite. Where Jesus believed inherently, innately, in that which was the spiritual, and received same, the belief of God from Thomas was that from the physical, that which was the optical, that which the entity, in short, could see and tactilely touch, feel and know of. There has been misconception. And in the writings where Jesus was a twin at birth, drawing from the earlier idea as given, the Gnostics had their people who made mistakes, built on errors, too, though Gnosticism in itself, as you know, is closer to that which are the teachings of Jesus the Christ than any religion, as one, or philosophy at this time.

Q Well, were the doors that are locked – is that the attitude of the intellectual mind?

S Ah, yes. And the key is faith and hope together as that which unlocks the double locking to the Christing.

John 20:30-31

And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

S So it is written and so is. Life everlasting is reached by one door, by one path, by one way – through the acceptance of that which lies within you, the spiritual door, the resurrection of that which was yours to begin with, and through the learning process you have put aside. It is the mantle of the Christ, the whole armor of the Lord. It is the day that follows the night. It is Jesus. He has given that which is His all, that you might live again in the hand of God knowing what you are, what God is, and to assume the creative force, the creative nature, to open that vista of discovery, to put into your hands creations, universes, cosmos. And through the scriptures you will find the Way and the understanding at your level. He that is the Christ holds forth His hands. He opens the door and will meet with you. Fear not. Build the hope. Find the faith.
