Beloved Father-Mother God, fill us with the Holy Spirit, that we may be vessels, tools of Thy use, that our brothers, our sisters may see and know the face of that which is the Father, the Mother. Make us, oh Lord, the window, the door, the sound, the voice, so that, in truth, Thy will, shall be known – “Others first, Father, others first.”

The lamp is lit! The song is sung! Therefore, open the eyes and the ears, and let the Lord enter in.
Luke 2:1-3
And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.
S Not Cyrenius – mistaken usage here. The name in actuality is Queritus or sometimes called Queritius. Caesar Augustus, that which is a personification of the mind of man (using that timer Augustus, or Augustine, or Augustin, Latin for great or awe inspiring along with that which is the force of the family name or that of the Julia, or Caesar), putting together in the meaning for mankind, of the power of the personality as adjusted to by that which is the mind, or Rome, crying out for subservience from all that is – the body, the will made to order to that which is tailored by the ego, the outer personality. That is the taxation or that which is the census of the body-will, as Quirinius (which is as the original name of the god of war, commonly called Mars by most.) Yet, it is war within that which is the rebellious state of mankind, which is the sin of mankind against God. The governorship, as a symbol, you see, of man’s stating the power of that which man contrives over that which is the seriousness, or Syria, of the situation, or that which is man’s jaunt within the earth planes, you see.
Luke 2:4-5
And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
S Joseph the seeker, Joseph the finder, Joseph who works with that which is the mankind ability to construct, to build, though uses it correctly, progressing, you see, through the stages, even as that which is the lineage to that which is as the place or that which is the place of finding – the pituitary, you see – Bethlehem, with that which is Mary, his espoused, betrothed, and purchased by that which is the working order of Joseph, bringing forth that which is Mary’s, or the power positive of that which is retaining, holding, developing, and dedicating self to the thought, the way, being that which is taxed, or evaluated by the mental and physical conditions of the body.
Q What is meant by purchased in the statement, “Mary, his espoused, betrothed, and purchased by that which is the working order of Joseph?”
S Joseph purchased his position by prayers, meditation, and service, by that which is volunteering in the life pattern to be as that which would take upon this task as he entered into this plane of existence at that time.
Q What does espoused mean and how does this relate to betrothed?
S Espoused, as used in that terminology or translation, means the same as betrothed. Thus the word originally used did not mean same. There is little difference in the use of espoused or betrothed. You have as that which are the translators being limited, you see, in their own language rather than that which they were drawing upon, using the writers’ need not to be repetitious in verbiage or that which is being used and therefore substituted a word (to them) meaning approximately the same but not repeating. [10-105]
Luke 2:6-7
And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
S The inn, even as used in the terminology of this day, being that which is seen as proper by mankind, or the mind, or that which is the importance as the fashion of the day – cannot find that place, will not allow that place, for that which is the Holy of Holies to bring forth the guiding Light, the Lamb, that which is the Christ Force within selves.
Luke 2:8-10
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, “Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. “
S Even as in those days, shepherd, or the shepherding of the ideas within self, is as the symbol of those who guard and guide the flocks, or that which cannot defend itself, that which is the feeding, or the feed, of the proper peoples. Even within self, the ways, the drives, the needs that are of the spiritual, are guided by that which is the shepherd within yourself. And that is prayer and meditation to come to that which is the unveiling of the Christ within, even as those who were the shepherds at that time found, through their love of that which is nature, God in action, God in spirit, within themselves and in all things, and were true to their calling and sought not the wealth, the power that, to a degree, was available, were then led to that which was He, the Good Shepherd, as He came.
Luke 2:11-12
“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.”
S The city of David is the seat within yourselves, that all mankind has within itself, where you may meet the love that brings forth the love of Christ. For you have David, man love, which is supplanted by that which is God love. And you find the Christ Itself wrapped or held in that which is swaddling clothes, or that which is the symbol of the holding that has occurred within mankind so constructed to keep the Christ Force bound or away – not free. For man is not free until the Christ is released within each and every individual by the actions, by the love that each and every individual gives in the pattern of Him that is the Christ, the Way, the Truth, and, yes, your cross.
Luke 2:13-14
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”
S If ye would find that peace, then be at peace through the Christ. Find even as Jesus Who became christed and is Jesus the Christ, that you, too, may serve your fellow man and become christed – not for self’s sake, but for the glory of the Father and for the needs of thy brothers, thy sisters.
Luke 2:15-16
And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, “Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.” And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
S As the truth, or the calling, comes to those who seek, those who pray and meditate, there shall, in truth, come to them the meeting of that which is, yes, in the patience, in the holding, the presence of the Christ, of God, in the seat of judgment, the seat of mercy, the seat of love within the individual.
Luke 2:17-19
And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.
S Even when amazement comes to self, even when doubt, toil, or tribulation come to self, even at those times that you are rended, remember to keep, to hold that which is the faith, even as Mary, that your heart may be filled with the purpose of the Lord. The Light, the Love will be the guidance for selves.
Luke 2:20-21
And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
S For as all have a name, for as all recreate the name as given, so Jesus is that which is the epitome for that One in the lives as builded to return to that which is the proper and true name of the individual, so sung, so believed, that yourselves may, too, find that which is the truth of your being, your true identity, your true name. For all of you have lived, and will live and put together that which is your birthright, your gift, by the creative God that bestows good upon all.
Luke 2:22-24
And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
S There is that which is the change, or growth, as seen in this, as given. First, the laws of old, superseded by that which is the change, or that which becomes new. From that which is the purification to that which is the culminations, then that from the Moses to the Jesus. And that which is the circumcision is that which is the awakening of the spiritual self by that which is the cutting off, you see, of the desires of mankind. And the turtle doves, you see, are that which is the freeing of the spiritual being of self; one as that which is the soul force, and the other as that which is the spirit of self. For one is one, and the other is the other, and not one, as often given or understood by mankind, to be one and the same. It is a twosome and yet a together twosome.
Luke 2:25-26
And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.
S Simeon is that which is the promise or the covenant that God has pronounced to mankind, and none shall see death, it is true, till they rejoice in, or reject in, that which is the Christ. For Jesus opened the door. It is now for the individual to go through the door or reject the door. This is that opportunity of becoming that which is fruitful and fulfilling that which is the task that God created for you, or the rejection of same, and becoming only that, though beautiful, though wonderful, as a part of the Creator, and, yet, not fulfilling that which the Creator created for.
Luke 2:27-32
And he came by the spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law, Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, “Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to they word: For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.”
S Then the truth reverberates within the being of the individual at the finding of the Christ. And there is a putting aside of the material chains – not necessarily the materialism, for materialism can be used in God’s way correctly. But there is an understanding of the value of all things, and that God is the source of all things, and that which is illusion is illusion, and that which is God is non-illusion.
Luke 2:33-35
And Joseph and his mother marveled at those things which were spoken of him. And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, “Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”
S That there may be salvation, that God’s way may be known, man must sacrifice that which are the trappings of mankind. That there must be a casting aside of the material world, the material being, the judgments and values of same, though it may rend, though it may tear, though it may cut, that the ego of mankind (not the soul ego, but that which is the personality as built by mankind) may be cast aside, or put in its proper perspective, that the truth and the true personality may emerge from its cocoon, as created by the actions through the many lives.
Luke 2:36-37
And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
S You have that which is the feminine holding and the power of that which is the blessing of the feminine side to nurture and, yes, in truth, shape that which is the spiritual blessing or destiny of the race, of the peoples, of the individual, even as Jesus was blessed within His family, or within Judaism, as the law of Moses prescribed. For that man, or each man child is blessed, only as the symbol, you see, of the outward thrust or power, or the moving force within the creative, or the God realm. Anna is that at this time, which is the feminine or the shaping, the holding, and the power that is the feminine, or female side of the spiritual nature or creation.
Luke 2:38
And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
S Here is the recognition. Even, as given, the seven centers will rejoice. That which is the sacred number of ten times four plus four, or that which is the spiritual cleansing and awakening with the body, in total, recognizes the time that the workings of the individual may be put aside and that now God can individualize and do the deeds.
Luke 2:39
And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.
S When you have met that which is prayer and meditation, and from these the rejoicing of the feeding by the Holy Spirit to self, that the Christ Force may come forth, then you return to that which is your occupation, that which is your direction within this earth, to work within that which are the spheres of influence, that which are the daily lives, not the pinnacles of power, not that which is as placed upon the marquee, but that which is the daily walk of life.
Luke 2:40
And the child grew, and waxed strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
S As the beginning within yourself grows stronger, more robust, more powerful, then the blessings of the spirit will pour forth in service to others, in works for God, seeking not rewards, not languishing in that which is self, but arisen and full of that which is the joy of the Christ at work, yes, at play.
Luke 2:41-42
Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover. And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
S The feast is that which is the finding. The feast is that which is the opening up of self. And at the proper, propitious moment, self attune and find the feast which should even be celebrated daily.
Luke 2:43-44
And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it. But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day’s journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.
S The workings of the aroused Christ within self will not follow the patterns that self has set forth (or the rational self, or the reasoning self) and will go about its business – not in the manner as directed or channeled by self. For remember, the mind, however spiritual, the body, however spiritual, or the will itself, however spiritually inclined, cannot dictate nor direct that which is God’s force. For remember, God knows all things in its correctness. People only perceive dimly what correctness is.
Luke 2:45-46
And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him. And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
S Even as the destiny and the seeking in that which is the intunement would take, or directed in a score of three, so that with the seeking within yourself to be about the truth. Or to finding the correctness must be as the score of three, using that which are the upper three centers of self to direct or to show the path again to the mind, to the will, to the consciousness, that you may find and be on the true course of allowing that which is the Father to work through self, rather than self dictating or trying to use the Father in the manner as judged or weighed by the mind of society, group, or individual.
Q What is the meaning of the word “intunement”?
S Be wary here. It also means “intombment”, rather than that which you would consider as in tune. [10-105]
Luke 2:47
And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.
S Who is not astonished by God? Who is not astonished at the power, the magnitude, the majesty of that which is the spirit – even in the small quantities that come through an individual? Who would not be totally amazed at the opening up of self to have a glimpse of that which is even the beginnings of the use of self by the spiritual nature or the Holy Spirit?
Luke 2:48
And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, “Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.”
S Once again, this is the return, or that which is the human mind, the material mind, being utterly confused (even in its highly developed state) as to the path, as to the ways of the true spiritual nature. For man conceives, even in his greatest spiritual self, his own measure of that which is the spiritual nature or the higher spiritual things or realms.
Luke 2:49
And he said unto them, “How is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?”
S Whether the energy goes, whether that which are the forces be, it cannot be less than God’s usage, direction. It cannot be in the realm of choosing of that which is the material-mental mind, or the physical-mental mind, or even that which is the spiritual-mental mind. For it is of those powers that lie above, yes, and within, to merge, to show the way, the path. Therefore, judge not that which comes to you of the spiritual nature. For you would judge with that which is the material man-mind, rather than that which is the spiritual soul-mind.
S Take this as that which is for selves to be about selves’ business. What business? As given, thy Father’s. For this is the opportunity, this is the chance that comes so few times for selves to rise above this plane. [10-8]
Q Please explain the differences between the Christ force, the Christ, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
S First we would begin with the Christ. This is the first, the perfect idea of the perfect man, even as Jesus the Christ was the perfect man, the perfect physical man, the perfect idea, the perfect expression, the perfect psyche, the perfect temper, the perfect anger, the perfect love, the perfection of law.
Then we have that which is as the Christ force, or that which is brought from the Christ within self to do, to be about the Father’s business. This is the working end of the Christ within self; this is the Christ force.
Then we have that which is the Holy Spirit. This is God. This is what ye call upon to raise in self, the Christ force to meet the Holy Spirit that ye may be made One, even as He was One and became Christ-to-Christed, see? This is then, the perfection. This is the idea, the ideal of God.
Q And what about the Father? Would you explain how the Father differs, or corresponds, to these others?
S The Father is that which is as the unmoving, the unchanging, the forever, that contracted, that became, that contracted the perfect thought – that from the perfect thought came the perfect man, the perfect idea of heavens, of the earths, of space, of time, of all things – that the Father is that which ye live within, and would be best spoken of as “father-mother”, for this is the true balance, the perfection that selves will become and know. For this is the true peace beyond that which is the peace that is offered through the Christ and the Holy Spirit in this earth plane – the perfection of God Himself.
Q How does the mother aspect differ from the father aspect?
S For the father is the creative force; the mother is the receptacle, that which grows, that which gives birth, that which is as that which feeds the creations. [10-9]
Q Can you give us an affirmation to be used in cleansing oneself from the thoughts of others, which can become part of self, even though not agreed with?
S I am my Father’s child. I will be about my Father’s business. For love and goodness is my lot–and my work is to the glory of the Father. [10-13]
S . . . Be ye about your Father’s business, never turning from that which is the goal of love, the goal of peace. Be charitable even as He, Jesus the Christ (the Man of Nazareth) was charitable, loving, forgiving. Know ye this: that in patience ye are built and in mercy you are born, and in love you are redeemed. Therefore, do this for thy Brother: forgive, love, have mercy.
S And we would give this: if ye all would be about thy Father’s business, be about it first in the mind. For from the mind comes the action–is the action, for all follows. Keep His day. Keep His love. Walk and talk with Him, even if it is for that flash of a second or less. Be aware of Him, lest ye stumble. [10-15 Closing]
Luke 2:50-52
And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them. And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
S You must find within self that place that you may nurture that which is given you, that you, too, may grow, that you, too, may expand – not for yourself and not of yourself, but for the glory of God and in God for that which are the needs of this world and the peoples.
Q About how long after this incident did Jesus leave for further studies abroad in Egypt, Persia, India, and so on?
S Within ninety days.
Q Did John the Baptist go with him?
S He did indeed.
Q Throughout the whole – to all of these other lands?
S There were some interruptions, but for the most part, yes.
