This document focuses on the concept of meditation as a means of nourishing the spirit. It interprets various biblical passages, emphasizing meditation as a spiritual practice for inner growth and connection with the divine. The text discusses how meditation aids in spiritual nourishment and connects with broader spiritual themes, including the concept of the Holy Spirit and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Feeding of the soul through Meditation
Matthew 11:27
All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
This is that which is the instruction to find that which is God through finding the Christ through meditation. To open that which is self that, that which may be, will be, and that which always has been and always will be, will be present, and you will be knowledgeable of same. This, then, is the feeding of the soul through meditation.
Prayer and Meditation as feeding self.
Matthew 25:35-36
For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
S Ye have here the soul of each individual as created and trapped within that which is the physical realm, the physical bodies, the physical go-round. Ye have that which is the God Force, or the Christ within, that lies within self, given that which is the feeding, that which is the drink, by opening self up in prayer and in meditation and in good deeds, even as he has directed you to do. It is not a concoction of God.
Admonition to turn within that we may be fed by God.
Introduction (Acts 3)
S We have this group as given, the inquiring minds of this group. We have the goals and opportunities of this group and we have the word for this group. The word is love and honor and obey God and God alone. For this world is full of that which leads astray – selfishness, self-indulgence, self-glamourization, goals of mankind rather than that which are the goals of God. Be then still within the mind, within the body, that the soul may be fed by God and seek more time in silence and turn self oft to prayer, not the egotistical prayer, not selfish prayer, but truthful prayer of cleansing and honoring God. We are now ready for questions.
Meditation and the meeting of the Christ
Matthew 8:1-4
When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. And behold, there came a leper and worshiped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. and Jesus saith unto him, Sec thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
S Here you have that which is the description for each and every individual to behold within them (own) selves, the awakening (that which is as the truth, or that which is the totality) or that which is the speaking, the listening, the being fed by God, even as that which is in meditation, or the highest peak, or the mountain, returning through that which is the body, meeting that which is the destructive force or man’s destructive nature, that which is leper, see? Here you have the cure, if one would meet the Christ within. Even that which destroys the body, the mind, and cripples the soul, is cleansed, made whole, through that which is meditation, the meeting of the Christ and the faith shown here. Speak not of it to others but let them see it as it is in truth, within thy being, thy actions, the power of the soul that pours forth to those who would open their eyes, their ears to the truth of reality in reality.
Meditation and sacrificing of self.
Matthew 9:14-17
Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?” And Jesus said unto them, “Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast. No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.”
S Here is the promise. Here is that which is telling you that as you awaken spiritually you become something new, not the old, not that which is chained or may burst, but something new that may ascend and be whole. For often it is misunderstood by those that live in this time, this plane at this time, that by word of mouth, by sacrifice of the body, by fasting of the body, yea are made whole and clean. Therefore, you may feed your body with that which it needs as nourishment, that which it needs as drink. But it is through prayer and meditation that ye establish within the self the sacrifice of that which is the fasting of the spirit. For even as you are fed in that which is meditation you are sacrificing the spirit of man within self to the spiritual being of God within self. The body is that which is the illusion of the spirit of man within each and every individual. It is not a concoction of God.
Putting aside the material to go within and find God’s love.
Matthew 12:3-4
But he said unto them, “Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?”
S Using here a real incident to show that which is a spiritual way, for ye cast aside that which are the laws of man (in) even as David represents love, or man’s love seeking that which is the next love, the Christ love. What is put aside (is) that which is man’s love of materiality and seeking God love (being God love as far as man can ) and going within self to find that which is unlawful for those who seek in the wrong manner, to feed upon that which is God himself, the I AM within, the Christ.
Meditation and the tares and wheat
Matthew 13:30
“Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest, I will say to the reapers, ‘Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn’”.
Here, then, is the measure each day in meditation and prayer, as He calls forth “come unto me that they may be fed.” And in doing so, in reviewing that which is self, the pros, the cons, that which is the negative, and that which is the positive, and the results of same within the life, as ye face yourself, then you do bind that which is good to thy Father’s house and retain it within thine own temple, that ye may be measured by yourself to be that which is positive, and cast aside that which is, then, the negative – the tares, the thoughts, the actions that were not as tools of God: love, goodness, righteousness.
The loaves and fishes and feeding of the seven centers in meditation.
Matthew 14: 17-20
And they say unto him,” We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. He said, “Bring them hither to me”. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
S Here you have that which is calling forth those centers through meditation – the seven. Also that which calls upon the higher senses – the two – to those which are the senses as man would have them – the five – to be refreshed, to be again that which they should be that the soul force may be fed. And that, then, feeds, as the twelve elemental nerves within the body which feed the entire body physically and mentally, of the which is the spiritual bread, the spiritual food.
Q. Which are the two higher senses referred to?
S Those higher senses which ye would understand to be those psychical senses, the understanding of which is only, once again, dawning upon man. For it is that which are the spiritual forces within action: first the psychical forces, then that of the I AM, the Christ awareness, in that order.
The five loaves and two fishes represent the seven spiritual centers
Mark 6: 37-38
He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat? He saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes.
S Here you have the doubters, or those who always think that they are above. And even in the presenting, you see, of that which is saying as the two hundred pennyweights, should we go out and buy for them? You feed us but we must feed them. And then the reply is, what does each and every individual have but the five senses, also represented as the five lower centers, commanded by the two uppermost centers, or the Christ center, or that which are the spiritual centers, the master gland and its accompaniment, or accomplice, that which is as the pineal or pineal body.
Feeding self through prayer and meditation and then be a light to others
Matthew 15: 32-39
Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way. And his disciples say unto him, “Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude”? And Jesus saith unto them, “How many loaves have ye’? And they said, “Seven, and a few little fishes.” And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full. And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children. And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala.
S This is reaffirming that which is always apparent in mankind, that which ye must learn, that which ye must do, by feeding that which is yourself, through that which is as meditation and prayer – that ye may feed others and take up that which is the remnants to give to others. And then must go out onto the sea of life to be as a light to others. For it is as ye give to others that ye are known. As ye are known, ye glorify Him and His ways
Again, feeding those centers through meditation and prayer
Matthew 16:5-12
And when his disciples were come to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread. Then Jesus said unto them, “Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have taken no bread.” Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, “O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?” Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
S This is as reinforcement for that which has been given; that ye cannot allow that which is as the world’s thought, the world’s standards, to disturb you. Ye cannot allow that which is the lack , as ye would see it, of the feeding of self or others, physically or mentally, to disturb you. Ye must find solid comfort in Him and His ways. For Love is the only Way. If ye would be about thy father’s business, the be about that which realizes ye are in the world but not of the world, and dote upon that which he has given: the feeding of that which are the centers of the body through meditation, through prayer, through the acts of love, for as ye give to your fellow man, so you do the same for Him who is the Prince of Love. How often have ye turned away from that which Is Him, His ways, causing Him grief and sorrow. For though God cannot see the waywardness of His children. He that is the Christ knows.
In such time as ye think not the Son of man cometh: again importance of meditation
Matthew 24: 43-44
But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore, be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Q. Does “in such an hour as ye think not” also refer to the meditative state?
For as ye become spiritual in the time you receive that which is as the feeding of the soul, or the soul forces, by the Lord thy God, it is at that time that ye have achieved that stillness, the quietness. And ye think not, act not, and only receive.
Going to the mountain is likened to meditation, or the feeding of the spiritual force within.
Mark 6:45-46
And straightway he constrained his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent away the people. And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.
S Here is that which sends away the worldly thoughts, the worldly conditions, which goes beyond the physical and the mental, which puts aside even that which are the disciples, and tells them to go upon that which is trust in the sea of life and within the body. It is the action of going, you see, within yourself, as Jesus the Christ went up to the mountain. So the mountain is representational of that which is meditation, or the feeding of the spiritual force within self through God Almighty; His arm, the Holy Spirit, in conjunction with the Christ awakening, or the Christ in action.
Through prayer and meditation, we are admonished to invite Him in and awaken that which is dormant within selves.
Mark 8: 1-5
In those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples unto him, and saith unto them, I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat: And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far. And his disciples answered him, From whence can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness? And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.
S Here is the guiding principle, the guiding light. For why three days? Even as this prepares mankind for that as even He went through, symbolic here of that which must be attained by the individuals before they, too, can raise themselves up through their efforts to meet that which is their God and ascend. They must be fed and must find in themselves their own multitude of beings, that which will provide the food of spirit, that which will raise within themselves, through the actions, through meditation, through prayer, the Light. Even as He fed, so let Him feed you, too. And through prayer and meditation invite Him in. Awaken that which is dormant within thyselves, that ye, too, may be as a salvation for a cosmos – which you in reality are.
Through meditation we are to feed the physical centers and thus feed the spiritual centers that we may return to the spiritual level we once had.
Mark 8: 20-21
And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven. And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand?
S This is the call to revert, to establish, once again, the feeding of the seven centers through that which is the meditation and the development of same, that the physical centers of seven may feed that which are the spiritual centers of seven, and you will return to that which is the spiritual level that selves had at another time, in another place, and in reality waits again for selves.
Through prayer and meditation, we are guided to the unveiling of the Christ within.
Luke 2: 8-10
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
Even as in those days, shepherd, or the shepherding of the ideas within self, is as the symbol of those who guard and guide the flocks, or that which cannot defend itself, that which is the feeding, or the feed, of the proper peoples. Even within self, the ways, the drives, the needs that are of the spiritual, are guided by that which is the shepherd within yourself. And that is prayer and meditation to come to that which is the unveiling of the Christ within, even as those who were the shepherds at that time found, through their love of that which is nature, God in action, God in spirit, within themselves and in all things, and were true to their calling and sought not the wealth, the power that, to a degree, was available, were then led to that which was He, the Good Shepherd, as He came.
True knowledge must come from within, we must make the spiritual choice rather than the mental choice.
Luke 10: 8-9
And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
When you have found a source of light, when you feel within yourself that you have found a path, a way, then feed from the knowledge therein. For this is the food that you as the worker, as the seeker, are worthy of. Even if it is not the highest that you may attain to, and in the long judgment you have made the wrong choice, there is the learning. But turn not back. For even those who go on the wrong path will receive the opportunities to change, to admit the wrongness of the choice. But it must come from within. The failing of the peoples is (even at the time of the Prince of Love within the earth as now) of making the mental choice rather than that which is the spiritual choice. How often, how often do we see and hear of those who convince themselves that they have found the way, that they know the truth and do not seek from within.
As we pray and meditate our centers are ever ready to be fed, as we prepare for the day of the Lord. To do this we must overcome desires of the mind and body and then God makes Himself known to us.
Luke 12:37-38
Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
The servants, here, are your servants. These are the seven centers. These are that which is used by God as the path to feed you, to anoint you, to prepare you for the day of the Lord. Then work upon your centers. Bless your centers. Rejoice in your centers. For as you pray and meditate and develop at all times, your centers are ever ready. They sleep not but are forever aware and awake, as sentries, that they may trumpet the word, the coming of the Lord, and that in those times that you call upon God, the word will travel through that which is your endocrine system and awaken your entire being to the face, to the love of the Lord.
We cleanse our body through prayer and meditation, and travel through the various centers. The voice of meditation being the thyroid, the thymus the seat of love.
John 2:11-17
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days. And the Jews’ Passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem, and found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: and when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; and said unto them that sold doves, “Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.” And his disciples remembered that it was written, “The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. “
In the cleansing of yourselves, in the cleansing of the temple of your body, through [that] which is meditation and prayer, you arrange for that, as given as Cana (the thyroid) to go down to the solar plexus (here represented by Galilee) to that which is Capernaus – which is as the islands of Langerhans. And from the Islands of Langerhans you journey up to that which would be as Jerusalem, or that which is a place of awareness and coming to that which is true meditation. You must understand that though you have been taught in meditation, you raise from the lowest centers to the highest centers. This is only representational of a stage of thought, as we have given now, for once you have studied and become adroit at that which is meditation. To become adept, though, you must then go to that which is the voice of meditation – the thyroid – through those areas as given. Thence you will work from there on that which is the thymus. For the thymus, the seat of love, is then a key-board that strikes the proper note – not the key of C or A (which is choice) but that which revibrates through the system bringing the harmony in that which is the endocrine system which is that that does feed the soul. For harmony is that of God’s force of life.
